Clear Policies for a Clean Experience

Our policies ensure transparency, quality service, and customer satisfaction with every project we undertake.

1. Cacelations and Rescheduling

Clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. Otherwise, a $40 fee will apply.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee

Need a thorough clean? Our deep cleaning service tackles dirt, dust, and grime in every corner, leaving your space refreshed and revitalized.

3. Home Access

You can provide access through a lockbox or an entry code. If access is not available upon arrival, a $40 fee will be charged. In case a provided key is lost, we will notify you immediately and cover the cost of a replacement key or lock change, as preferred. If someone else has already cleaned the property (e.g., Airbnb situations), the full cost of the scheduled cleaning will still be charged.

4. Damages and Responsibility

We treat every home with care and respect. If any accidental damage occurs, we will report it immediately and work to resolve it. We are covered by liability insurance. Please note: We are not responsible for items that are already loose, poorly mounted, or unstable, such as frames, shelves, or decorations.

5. Health and Safety

For safety reasons:

- We do not remove our shoes during service

- We do not move heavy furniture

- We do not clean severe mold, blood, or pet waste

Please inform us in advance if there are pets in the home.

6. Payments

Payment is due on the day of service. We accept:

- Venmo

- Apple Cash

- Cash
